For the health of our staff and patients, we are asking everyone to please read through the following new office procedures prior to your appointment, and click the button at the end of this email to confirm receipt and complete your brief wellness check.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURE: To ensure proper social distancing, our waiting area will be closed to guests. With the exception of parent/guardian and essential caregivers, we ask that you come alone to your appointment. When you arrive, we ask you to remain in your car and call 303-972-2224 or send a text to 303-972-2224. We will meet you at the door as soon as we are ready to take you back for your appointment.
ON-TIME ARRIVALS: We are adjusting our schedule intervals to allow time for additional disinfection and sanitation and to comply with distancing requirements. As such, we ask that you arrive within a 10 minute window of your reserved appointment time. If you are unable to make an appointment, please call our office to reschedule.* We will not be able to honor appointment arrivals beyond a 10-minute grace period.
HEALTH STANDARDS: All patients will be screened upon arrival. If you have run a fever in the past 72 hours, have flu-like symptoms, or have traveled in the last 14 days, please inform us prior to your visit and we will reschedule you appropriately. A contactless temperature check will be administered prior to your service being performed. If your temperature is above 100.4 you will be asked to reschedule.
PROTECTIVE GEAR: Every care provider at Epic Dentistry will be wearing appropriate protective gear to include eye covering, face mask, and hair covering throughout your visit. It is for our safety and yours. Please be assured that we are excited to have patients back in our practice and will be smiling under the mask! Due to the nature of your appointment, we do not require that you wear a mask but ask that you have one on-hand for any interactions with the front desk.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES: We will be happy to process payment at the front desk following your exam, but to minimize contact we are offering the option to save your credit or debit card in our secure system.
