Good To Know: Referral perks are earned after completion of new patient exam for all first-time patients over the age of 13. Patient must provide referrers name at the time of booking and/or checking in for their appointment. But don't worry--if they forget you can let us know! To be entered into the prize giveaway, new patient appointment must be booked and completed prior to April 28, 2022.
